Handmade Gloves Since 1958

Three generations of Bergamo craftsmanship. That which can be made by hand must not be made by machine.

The Story

A Family Legacy

It was the late 1950s. Seizing the enthusiasm of Italy's post-war resurgence, a young craftsman decided to take a chance. After years beside Dante Trussardi, the famous designer's grandfather, Valentino Mazzoleni opened his own glove factory.

Designers and fashion maisons took notice of his talent. Faithful interpreters of the creativity and professionalism of the founder, son Luigi and grandson Valentino create collections of handmade gloves that astound the world for their quality and refinement.

The Craft

The Making of a Glove

01

Cutting

Using only scissors and gauges, swatches are cut — from which the various pieces are obtained, including the thumbs and fingers.

02

Shaping

A pattern serves to guide the definition of the cut, to obtain the desired size with precision.

03

Stitching

The different pieces are sewn by hand, including the entire contour of the glove and where the thumb joins.

04

Finishing

Each pair is carefully packaged and checked for quality — so that every glove may reveal its personality through details.
